A certified RYT -500 level internationally certified instructor specialized in Power Yoga / Hatha Yoga including Pranayams, meditation, yoga philosophy and lifestyle. 7+ Years of teaching Yoga at renowned and accredited institutes. Experience in Personal teaching and group classes both online and in-person.

About the lesson

With years of practical teaching experience in Power/Hatha Yoga our instructor has specialized in creating sequence flows that help deepen your hold on your breathe, nourishes your body and builds strength. Our Power Yoga classes are filled with energy and customized for every group(all levels ) be it for someone new to yoga or experienced yoga students. It is a perfect mix of meditation, strengthening, increasing stamina & flexibility as well as reducing stress & anxiety.

The fee specified is for personal classes of 50 mins each. We charge on a monthly basis for the batches of 3 classes or 4 classes per week. This price is for Indian Clients only. International Clients and for any specific requirements please connect with us. We also offer Yoga classes at Clients home.

Group Classes charges- Rs.500/ hour
