About Nicholas
I'm Nick. I was a Primary Care Paramedic with Toronto Paramedic Services and York Region Paramedic Services. I have a total of 6 years of experience as a paramedic on the road. The reason I managed to become a Paramedic was because I had a Paramedic buddy drilling scenario after scenario until I understood it. That's how I want to teach you. I now tutor in the evenings.
I won't just hand you the answer. We'll run through scenarios — medical, trauma, the weird ones — and I'll guide you until you can work it out yourself. That way when you're in a hiring scenario or an exam and the stress hits, you fall back on understanding instead of trying to remember the "right answer." Tell me what you're struggling with and we'll drill it until it's solid.

My lessons are built around how I actually learned this stuff on the road. We break anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology into plain language, work through AEMCA-style practice questions, and talk through real call scenarios so the why sticks — not just memorization. Every session is tailored to where you're stuck, whether that's one topic you keep tripping on or full exam prep in the final stretch. Bring me your problem areas and we'll turn them into strengths.
