About Haley
I work with my students toward any goals they may be working toward in their educational journeys. Using the Ontario Curriculum and other tools, my students always feel confident and supported. I am a passionate OCT certified educator focused on creating a safe, supportive learning environment where all students feel valued. My goal is to empower students to be successful both inside and outside the classroom.

As a tutor, I am able to guide your student and give them tools to use both inside and outside of the classroom. Modelling the I do, we do, you do method helps students to grasp concepts, without overwhelming them. This means I show them how to do it and demonstrate. Next, we do another together. This allows the student to ask questions and clarify. Finally, the you do allows students to problem solve all on their own.
Individualizing lesson plans is something I am also extremely passionate about. Not all students will learn the same way - this is a great thing! Getting to know how your student learns best is a goal of mine, and leads everyone to success!
