About Miriam Johanne
I have a Bachelor in Music with First Class Honours from Oxford Brookes University, and have even had singing lessons for approx. 10 years. During these years I have participated in five musical productions, four opera productions, and have sung at various events ranging from weddings / funerals to singing in birthdays and other events.

I teach with the student rather than for the student. I offer a survey in the first lesson, where we find out the tone of voice and talk together about the repertoire and wishes for the outcome of the teaching. After this my lessons are mainly based on practical singing, but there will also be some theory to strengthen the physical singing. If the student wants teaching in music history, the lessons will be more theory-based, with practical examples that support the era we are talking about.
