About Helin
Bilgi University - Nutrition and Dietetics Graduate. I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer, one of the best institutions in the world. In addition, I have EREPS-Level 4, The Pilates Coach Reformer Level 1 and 2 and TVGFBF 1st level coaching certificates. After 4 years of teaching at Macs and Macfits, I now continue my lessons in a boutique studio.
