About Lucas
I just completed in a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Arkansas. For six years I have taught freshman chemistry, organic chemistry, and a senior level lab. Chemistry is hard there is no way to get this, however, it can be enjoyable if correctly taught to the students.

My teaching method is more like a tutor than a teacher. If the students do not feel comfortable, they will not learn as effectively. It sounds very simple, but it is hard to raise up the student do get the best out of the students
