About Stefani
I am a graduate student in the Organizational Science program at Florida International University. The program derives from Industrial-Organizational Psychology which deals with the analysis of people and organizations, developing training and interventions to improve job satisfaction and performance, and the evaluation of our work to see if we're really making a difference in job and organizational performance.
