About Katharina
I have talked German my whole life since I grew up in Austria. I came to America in 2021 and ever since then I love to teach people my native language. I’m a daycare teacher and working with kids of all ages. I always try to incorporate German in my every day teaching.

Hello, everyone! My name is Katharina, and I am excited to be your tutor. I have been working in a daycare for 9 years and have had the pleasure of working with students of all ages and backgrounds. My native language is German. My teaching philosophy is centered around creating a positive and engaging learning environment, where students feel comfortable asking questions and challenging themselves to learn new things. In my classes, I like to use a variety of teaching methods. Everyone has a unique learning style, and it’s my job to adapt my teaching approach to meet each student’s needs. My goal as a tutor is to help you achieve your academic goals and develop a love for learning that will last a lifetime. Outside of teaching, I enjoy playing pickleball, being outside and spending time with family and friends, and I’m always looking for new ways to learn and grow. I’m excited to get to know you and work together to help you learning German!
