Ms Nabilah Al Fadhli is graduated from the University of Rennes France in civil engineering so she can talk French language fluently and she is from Iraq and the people of this country is talking Arabic language fluently so she is a very good teacher for both languages Arabic and French languages and she was a professor of civil engineering at university of Basra for thirty years in the university.
