About Grace
My journey as a flute tutor began with a passion for sharing music, and over the past 10 years I have enjoyed teaching students from school to college. I believe learning should be inspiring, supportive, and filled with encouragement.
My classes focus on developing breathing techniques, posture, rhythm, finger placement, scales, tone quality, and expressive playing. I guide students patiently through every challenge and celebrate every improvement they make.
One of my greatest joys is seeing students perform with confidence and pride. Along with flute, I teach music theory, ear training, sight reading, rhythm practice, and beginner music education.
My mission is to help every learner build strong musical skills while developing confidence and creativity.

My flute lessons are designed to develop musical knowledge, technical ability, and confidence together. I teach using Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity because these values create a positive learning experience.
Students begin with breathing control, posture, note reading, rhythm, finger coordination, and tone development. As they improve, lessons include scales, articulation, musical expression, dynamics, improvisation, and concert preparation.
I motivate students by appreciating every achievement and helping them set realistic goals. Communication remains clear through demonstrations and practical exercises. Integrity helps me maintain honesty, patience, professionalism, and fairness throughout every lesson.
Creative learning includes rhythm games, favorite songs, ear training, listening practice, duet playing, and music appreciation. Besides flute, I teach recorder, beginner keyboard, music theory, sight reading, rhythm practice, and performance coaching.
