Outstanding Instructor with Degree in Spanish and Teaching Beginner to Intermediate Level Students

Methodology

I utilize a combination of online learning modules (free to the public) as well as fast paced written and oral exercises to help students gain mastery over Spanish grammar. As a native English speaker, I compare English sentence structure to Spanish in an approach that exploits one's natural learning habits (visual, auditory, and kinesthetic) to gain the greatest benefit from instruction. Whether learning new grammar or reviewing old grammar, students will gain the tools necessary to read, write, and speak better Spanish.

Background

I am a recent college graduate with a degree in Latin American, Latino, and Iberian Studies. I have traveled to Cuba, Mexico, and Argentina within my 10 years of Spanish language experience and have taught Spanish as an Assistant Teacher at the university level for 3 years. I also served as a professional Spanish tutor for 3 years. I have worked in educational settings with students ages 2-35 teaching in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
