About Ali
Hi. I'm Ali, and I'm genuinely excited to be working with you. My background is in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, with a PhD specializing in Control Systems. I've spent over 20 years immersed in this field, working in industry, conducting research, teaching, tutoring, and lab demonstration. I'm also a certified trainer and assessor, so I'm well-versed in effective teaching methodologies. What truly drives me is seeing students grasp complex concepts and apply them successfully. I've taught at RMIT and Swinburne universities, consistently receiving excellent feedback—my teaching scores are regularly above 90%. I've also taught internationally, so I understand the challenges students from diverse backgrounds can face. My goal isn't just to teach you the material, but to empower you with the skills and confidence to excel in your studies and future careers. I'm here to support you every step of the way.

During the semester, we will have one hour "Review and Practice" sessions, that include:
1- Subject review (5 min) - Identifying difficulties that the student encountered in a specific subject
2- Developing the concept and addressing difficulties through problem solving (45-50 min).
3- Wrap-up, review and suggestion for activities during the week (5-10 min)
In the last two weeks of the semester, we will have two "Exam Preparation" sessions where we review problems that student struggles with.
