About SUSHIL
With over 14 years of experience in research and development, this tutor has a strong background in industrial and engineering design. I have graduated from the YMCA university of Science and Technology and cleared the IIT JEE exam on their first attempt. My expertise lies in project management, with a focus on the NPI process, GD&T, PRM, TRM, cost simulation, profit estimation, DFM, and budget allocation. They are also skilled in modeling, drafting, and assembly at Unigraphics and proficient in 3D design using top-down/bottom-up approaches.
As a CAD Master Belt and Six Sigma Green Belt, this tutor has experience leading window air conditioner and air cooler product portfolios. I have designed and developed products from concept to launch, with a focus on value and cost balancing using the TCM approach. I am experienced in product enhancement using the PQCDSM approach.
As a tutor, I can help students with project planning and task assignment using Gantt charts and RASCI. I am proficient in using PLM platforms like Teamcenter and Windchill and experienced in PERT and DFMEA. Additionally, I am proficient in Windows Office tools and MS Project.
