About James
I have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. Upon retiring from my profession, I started tutoring various math subjects at the request of friends and acquaintances who believed that I was "gifted" to clearly explain mathematical steps and concepts. I have helped many students from elementary school through technical college.

As a tutor, my initial approach is to carefully listen to the student with whom I am working as he or she explains the difficulty they are experiencing with a mathematical concept or step. In this regard, my experience has allowed me to focus in on the underlying issue confronting the student.
