About Patrick

I have been a math coach for over 20 years spanning Oklahoma and Texas. I now reside in Cownay, AR.

I have been in a professional career where I have developed sales organizations and sales personnel.

I have also been a teacher of different math topics and substitute taught chemistry.

About the lesson

First meeting is half off and parents are invited to attend. We will meet in a public place of my choosing. After the first session, the parent and I will discuss if I am the right resource for their student. We will burn the candle at both ends at first to make sure the student understands the concepts from the beginning as well as work on current concept. Once caught up, we will ensure a solid foundation and then begin exposure to concepts ahead of the class.

A bound notebook is required that is different than what is used to take notes in class. The student can compare class notes to notes taken during sessions to bridge the gap of understanding.

Sessions are 45 to 50 minutes long. The last 10-15 minutes is spent discussing next steps with the parent who is available.

Excellent! We used Patrick for our high school student that is taking Accelerated Chemistry. He did a good job of identifying her long term foundational needs and explaining Chemistry content. He helped us with a plan to bring her up to speed in her deficient areas while working on current material from her class.
