About Michael
Over 20 years experience teaching college, authored and presented or co-authored and co-presented over 200 professional presentations (mostly with students) and over 25 scientific articles/chapters. I am a father of 3 and a coach (of kid’s basketball, soccer and more) to many. I am happiest helping others learn!

Experience means examples. Beyond definitions I help students by creating links between topics and issues and emphasize the important stuff.
I teach these topics at both UG and GRAD level to biology and exercise physiology, from nursing to sport psychology, in physical therapy programs and for physical education students (i.e., a wide variety).
