I feel being physically active is imperative for a long healthy life. I’m very patient with everyone I work with and teach the correct way to approach weight lifting and exercise. With 20 plus years I have gained an incredible amount of knowledge in the field.

I’m very passionate about helping the youth become more physically fit and develop their mental health as well. I have coached and trained young athletes for 20 plus years. I also own my own company training youth, high school and college athletes. I have a 9,000sf gym with turf.
