About Carla
Hello and welcome!

As an experienced and practising local primary school teacher, I am passionate about making learning engaging, enjoyable and tailored to every child’s individual needs.
Whether your child needs a little extra confidence, targeted support, or simply loves learning through hands-on experiences, Little Dales Learners is here to help every child flourish.
Thank you so much for joining me. I can’t wait to meet you and your little learners!

Meet the Tutor
Hello! I’m Carla.
I’m a primary school teacher and mum to two young children. After stepping back from full-time teaching, I’m now enjoying tutoring alongside working as a supply teacher in local schools. It means I can do what I love, teaching, while having more time for my own little ones too ️
One of my biggest teaching beliefs is that learning should be fun! If we’re practising spellings, you might find us outside doing a spelling relay rather than sitting at a desk
I will always tailor sessions around your child’s interests. Does your child love farming? Then our maths games might involve tractors, animals and fields!
Because when learning connects to something a child already loves, it can feel so much more meaningful and much more enjoyable.
