About Andy

Over 30 years' experience guiding students to successful entry into top universities in the UK - Oxford, Cambridge, and the Russell Group.

I was Principal of one of the leading tutorial colleges in Oxford and the UK for over 12 years. I have been a member of the executive of the Council for Independent Education (CIFE) (the national professional body for tutorial colleges), where he was chairman of the organisation’s Academic Affairs Committee and consultant to the Independent Schools Association where he has led professional development for schools on entry to Oxbridge.

I have written extensively on schools and university education in the UK press (including the Daily Telegraph) appearing also on BBC Radio. I have spoken about the path to successful university application in UK schools and colleges and at major public events both national and international events.

About the lesson

I begin with a consultation by webcam or appointment in person in Oxford. Subsequent services are designed to suit the student and their family in pursuit of goals discussed and agreed.

Requests for visits to clients within the UK will be considered.
