As someone with a very strong history of excelling in all sorts of exams (11 9s, 4 A*s at A Level, top 0.6% in Cambridge Chemistry Challenge), I can give you insightful tips and tricks to guide you through the whole rollercoaster of A Levels, so you can experience the same satisfaction I did after opening my results.

I have experience mentoring A-Level students - the most common problem I see is lack of familiarity with the specific exam board. My approach is therefore extremely exam-tailored; I use mark schemes and past paper questions extensively to ensure success on the day of the exam.
If I am teaching a topic for the first time, I'd expect to spend 15-30 minutes on that, and then at least 15 minutes doing questions together, leading to a 45-60 minute lesson.
For a revision lesson, this can be however long you like, and we can do whatever you need: re-teaching a topic, focusing on exam technique, doing questions.
