About Kiswa

Hi! I’m an Oxford Law student offering LNAT and Oxford admissions support. I achieved 33/42 in the LNAT and recently went through the admissions process myself, so I understand how competitive it can feel and what admissions tutors are looking for.

Having gone homeless during year 13, I understand the extreme pressure of applying to Oxbridge and how to make things more manageable.

I come from a disadvantaged background, so I know that applying to universities like Oxford can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially if you don’t have access to lots of support. That’s one of the reasons I enjoy tutoring. I want to help students feel more confident and show that where you come from doesn’t have to limit what you can achieve.

My goal is to create a supportive environment where you can ask questions, challenge ideas and improve with honest feedback. Every student is different, so I’ll adapt my teaching to what works best for you.

I also love meeting new people, so a friendly conversation is always welcome.

About the lesson

My lessons are completely tailored to each student because everyone starts at a different point. At the beginning, we’ll identify what you’re already doing well and where you need the most support so that each lesson is focused on helping you improve.

If you’re preparing for the LNAT, we’ll work through practice questions together and discuss the best way to approach them. We’ll also go through essay questions in detail, looking at how to build a strong argument and write clearly under time pressure. I’ll explain my thought process throughout so you understand why an answer works instead of simply memorising techniques.

If you’re applying to Oxford, I can also help with interview preparation by using questions similar to those you might be asked. I’ll give detailed feedback after every session so you know exactly what to improve before the next one.

I recently went through the admissions process myself, so I understand how stressful it can feel. My aim is to make lessons approachable while giving honest feedback that helps you become a stronger applicant
