To be a good tutor it is not enough to know your subject ( which Holly does). You need also to have the human qualities to engage with the person you are tutoring, to be sympathetic towards the person you are tutoring, to understand the things he or she may have difficulty understanding and to find a way of explaining the subject under discussion. Holly has these human qualities and so is well suited to be an effective and engaging tutor.

I've seen Holly's work at first hand because she has helped our son with his GCSE Maths. She is conscientious and calm, and has really engaged with him and helped him to understand and improve his Maths. I've also seen the materials and work she does for students in other subjects such as English, Science and Geography, at various different academic levels.
