I'm a native English speaker from the UK, and have a daughter aged 16. By way of my own academic background, I got five straight As (before A*s existed) at A-Level, studied an undergraduate Master's degree at Oxford University in Engineering and Computing Science, did an MBA in Japan, and afterwards worked in the financial world.

Hi! My name is Adam and I come from a family of teachers, and I've been teaching hourly lessons in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computing, Business, and Economics to students for several years now at GCSE/iGCSE and A-level/IB level. On average, my students are able to boost their grades by at least one or two levels! Let me help you become a star student too!!! Most importantly, please don't worry if you are struggling to understand a subject - there is nothing wrong with you! It just means the teacher hasn't been able to explain it to you in a way that you can understand yet. And there are no stupid questions! Before we all understand something, we first don't understand it - everyone starts from understanding nothing initially! So let me help you not only find a way to understand a subject, but also help you discover your own inner passion for that subject too, even if it seems really hard at the moment!!! With me, you can relax, enjoy, learn... and discover you can do amazing in your exams!
