About Kirsten

I am educated, passionate, and love to help people.
I thrive on making sure you have successful outcomes in whatever your parenting goals may be.
I am trained in multiple parent based programs and use those skills in conjunction with your goals.

About the lesson

I am a parent mentor/coach. I received my Bachelors degree in Human Services-Child and Family Welfare in 2015 and have been a parent mentor for 4 years.
I help parents learn new parenting skills as well as refreshers on skills they may already know.
I use a strengths based approach and give you vital feedback so you can feel confident in your parenting.
I have experience in newborn to teenagers so any age is teachable.
I will also be a listening ear when you need to just vent your parenting frustrations.
