About Nicole
I am a PhD candidate in Human Development and Family Studies at Oregon State University. I earned my Master's in Child and Family Studies from the University of Tennessee. I also redeveloped and teach a class called Parenting Research and Application, which focuses on best parenting practices and professional implications for promoting child health and well-being.

My goal as your tutor is to take some of the stress out of parenting. I realize that children do not come with instruction manuals, and I strongly disagree with the stigma associated with parenting education. I would love to offer guidance to parents with children of all ages and backgrounds, including children who have experienced trauma.
