About Hannah
I am passionate about children's mental health, and as a parent myself, I know how tricky it can be to navigate the world of parenting. I am so passionate that I have studied a degree in Psychology for the past 6 years while working full time. I believe that we should be empowered to help our children and sometimes this can seem so hard!
Each lesson will have the opportunity to ask questions. The advice and teachings I give with will be on studies and evidence based research.
