I am passionate and dynamic. I tailor each lesson to the needs and interests of each student. I do not believe in teaching simple isolated words but privilege learning whole sentences . This could sound daunting but my long experience has demonstrated this works. My emphasis is on first, being able to communicate at whatever level is appropriate then to build on it. This can be done through (not boring) repetitions and games as well as more formal models.

Isabelle is an enthusiastic and caring educator who develops an excellent rapport with her students to help engage each individual student in class activities. Working with Isabelle I saw students totally immersed in what they were doing and thoroughly enjoying themselves during tasks. Her lessons are appropriately differentiated to the needs of each student and always bring elements of fun to learning.
Isabelle is a fantastic teacher! I would recommend Isabelle as her lessons allow students to think critically and she gives them the chance to discuss and share their ideas! Whenever I walk past her lessons, I hear laughter and the sight of happy and eager students! If given the chance I would work with Isabelle again!
