Hi, I’m Chidera. I care about others. I’ve always seen things from a selfless view. A firm believer that as knowledge is obtained from others, it should also be given to others. Although knowledge is limited; understanding lasts a lifetime. Essentially, I want to help students understand with the goal of them also helping others.

I understand what it feels like to struggle with understanding. That’s why I want to help students realize that it is possible to succeed. Education is a stepping stone you can learn to navigate and overcome.
I connect academic concepts to real-life experiences to make learning more relatable and easier to understand. I often use analogies to help students see topics from different perspectives and truly grasp the material.
My teaching approach is step-by-step and student-focused. I ensure students understand each concept before moving forward, while also recognizing that understanding can develop as they begin to connect ideas over time.
A typical lesson starts with assessing the student’s current understanding, followed by breaking concepts into simple steps and working through examples together. I encourage active participation so students build confidence, not just memorize.
What sets me apart is my patience and ability to relate to students who struggle. I focus on creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable learning at their own pace.
My lessons are best suited for middle to high school students studying basic math, pre-calculus, and introductory chemistry.
