About Kanchan
I’m a yoga instructor based in Crawley who believes yoga is for every body. I teach because yoga helped me find calm during a stressful time, and I want to share that. My classes are welcoming, safe, and judgement-free. We’ll focus on breath, gentle movement, and building strength at your pace, whether you’re brand new or returning.

I’m an experienced yoga instructor with a passion for helping people feel at home in their bodies. I discovered yoga during a stressful period of my life, and it completely changed how I move and handle daily challenges. I teach because I want to share that same sense of strength, calm, and self-trust with you, no matter your age or flexibility.
