About Marie-Lou
Hiya!
My name is Marie-Lou, I’m 28 years old and I’m French native.
I practice yoga Vinyasa 4 years ago, have started to practice Ashtanga yoga but quickly change for the flow, and I have started to learn the deeper yin.
I travel a lot and I had the chance to practice yoga with very different teachers in the world, France, Reunion, Tunisia, India, England, Italia, Marocco…
I learn everyday more and I want to share that, around a hard practice but in fun and simplicity!
