I am a 22 year old dancer. I have been dancing since I was four years old. I have been actually instructing dance a little over seven years now. I teach any where from beginner to advanced hip hop. As For my techniques for teaching, I usually spend from an hour and a half to two hours for sessions. Where we would stretch and warm up, then a dance would be taught and recorded (optional) to use for advertising.
