About Niamh
I have loved maths from a young age, and so pursuing that through studying Economics at degree level felt like a natural progression. I would love to pass on this passion to my students and help them find what path they’d like to go down after GCSE and A level.
Having taught over 50 lessons and nearly 20 students, I’m used to adapting my teaching style to what suits students best. At GCSE level I remember needing guidance on what to revise and how to revise. I’m keen to show students the various ways to learn the syllabus and help them figure out their specific learning style.

I structure lessons differently for each student, looking to build their confidence in the best way. Some students enjoy seeing their weekly progress through quizzes at the beginning and end of the lesson, whilst others enjoy working on questions with increasingly fewer prompts so that they can feel increasingly confident in their own abilities. I am really passionate about helping students realise their potential, and the delivery of my lessons reflect that. Whether they are aiming for a grade 4 or 8, I’m really encouraging and keen to make them feel comfortable asking for guidance.
