About Elly
Hello! My name is Elly, and I’m a dedicated and enthusiastic English tutor with a 7.5 IELTS (Academic) and strong academic background in linguistics and literary theory. I hold a Master's degree in linguistics and have presented my work at international conferences in areas such as diaspora studies and women's studies. My academic journey has given me a deep understanding of language structure, communication, and the power of words—and I bring this passion into every lesson. I approach teaching with empathy, patience, and professionalism. I understand that every student is different, so I take the time to learn about your needs, goals, and preferred learning style. My goal is to create a supportive and judgment-free space where you can grow, make mistakes, and build confidence in your English skills. In addition to working with older students, I am especially passionate about teaching children.
