About GB
I’m April Charlotte, a baking enthusiast. I have Bachelors degree in Criminology and in my free time whilst studying I picked up passion for baking (i needed a break from the books and the never ending revision!)
Fast forward 10years on, my passion grew into a small business which I’ve had the privilege of serving London with a few pop up stores selling strictly freshly baked sweet and savoury goods.
Why go into teaching ? My love and knowledge for baking has grown so much over the last decade, that I wanted to expand it by sharing with fellow avid bakers all that I’ve-learned and see other budding bakers grow. Also I have found myself in countless positions of giving baking advice and the need for understanding the (why) when it comes to baking. Thus, teaching was the clear step to head towards!

I will personal make sure that you are baking like a pro within 6 weeks.
Focusing on key items of baking. I’ll allow you to choose what you’d like to learn and I’ll be able to give you a breakdown on the item your learning about. Understanding the science behind baking ( after all baking is edible science!) and how you can turn simple, inexpensive ingredients into absolute delicious beauties!
I teach ages 6+ (parent must be also in the video lesson)upwards. From beginner to intermediate level of baking.
