About Omar

I am a passionate Quran tutor with experience teaching Tajweed, recitation, and memorization. I focus on helping students perfect their pronunciation while understanding the meanings behind the Surahs and Ayat they learn. I previously taught children at Al-Zahrawan organization, ensuring a structured and engaging learning experience. My goal is to make Quran learning easy, meaningful, and enjoyable for students of all levels. Each lesson includes recitation practice, memorization techniques, and Tafsir discussions to deepen understanding. I also provide personalized feedback and assignments to reinforce progress. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your recitation, I am here to guide you!

About the lesson

1. Revision & Recap (10 min)

We will begin by reviewing what you memorized from last week. You will recite it, and I will correct any mistakes in pronunciation, Tajweed, or memorization to ensure accuracy and fluency.

2. Recitation & Tajweed Practice (15-20 min)

I will introduce a new portion of the Quran (a Surah or selected Ayat) and recite it while you listen carefully. Then, you will repeat after me, focusing on proper pronunciation and applying the correct Tajweed rules. I will guide you through any necessary corrections and explain key Tajweed principles relevant to the verses.

3. Memorization (10-15 min)

We will break the new Ayat into smaller parts for easier memorization. Using repetition techniques, I will help you retain the verses effectively. You will then recite from memory, and I will assist in correcting any mistakes to ensure proper recitation.

4. Understanding the Meaning (10 min)

We will go over the meaning of the Ayat you are memorizing, discussing their significance and key lessons. I will provide a simple explanation (Tafsir) to help you connect with the verses and apply their teachings in daily life.

5. Homework Assignment

Before the next session, you will:

Practice and perfect the new Ayat with proper Tajweed.
Revise the previous week’s memorization to ensure retention.
Reflect on the meaning of the Surah and write a short explanation (optional).
