About Kyri
Hello, I am Kyri.
I bring more than twenty years of serious, university-level psychology study together with real-world NHS experience in the United Kingdom and four years of hands-on counselling and tutoring work with DMM and Engoo.
My understanding has been further sharpened through regular, in-depth conversations with one of Japan’s top four psychologists. These discussions have given me clear, practical knowledge that I use to support people effectively.
I work in a professional, calm and focused way. Every session is built around respect, careful listening and steady guidance so you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely.
You will find me reliable, attentive and fully committed to helping you move forward with confidence.

My approach is simple and human. I create a calm, truly safe space where you feel accepted exactly as you are. There is no pressure to perform or speak before you are ready. We talk, reflect quietly, ask questions or simply sit with whatever comes up in that moment.
My teaching style is gentle and conversational. I support you with real understanding of thoughts, emotions, behaviour, motivation and personal growth.
Typical lessons last 45 to 60 minutes, but we can adjust the length to suit you.
The sessions are for anyone at any level who wants supportive psychology conversations whether you are exploring your own patterns, looking for greater self-compassion, dealing with stress, or simply need to be heard and understood. All ages and backgrounds are welcome.
Psychology here is not about theories alone. It is about making sense of your life in a kind and honest way so you can find clearer thinking and quiet inner strength.
