About Carson
I am an enthusiastic Saxophone tutor with 11 years of professional experience and around 150 students trained successfully. Teaching music is my passion, and I believe it should be both disciplined and enjoyable.
My teaching approach focuses on breath management, embouchure development, tone control, and articulation techniques. I also include scale practice, rhythm accuracy, and ear training exercises. Along with practical learning, I teach music theory to help students understand the structure of music.
I introduce students to various styles such as jazz, blues, classical, and contemporary music. This helps them develop versatility and confidence. I encourage improvisation to strengthen creativity.
My goal is to create confident musicians who not only play accurately but also perform with emotion and expression.

I teach Saxophone using a disciplined and progressive methodology centred on Communication, Accountability, and Integrity. I begin with breath exercises and long tones to build a stable and rich sound. As students progress, I introduce scale mastery, articulation patterns, rhythm exercises, and performance pieces.
I clearly explain how each activity supports technical and musical growth. Weekly structured practice plans ensure accountability and measurable improvement. I monitor performance closely and offer honest feedback. Integrity means I focus on patience, dedication, and professional guidance.
Along with Saxophone training, I teach Music Theory, Jazz fundamentals, Ensemble skills, and Stage Performance techniques to prepare students for real-world musical experiences.
