About Tova

I’m a dedicated singing tutor with over six years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre Voice. My passion lies in helping students of all levels—school, college, and adult learners—discover and develop their unique voice. I believe every singer has a personal story to tell, and my role is to bring that story to life through music. My lessons are personalized, engaging, and carefully structured to match each student’s goals and style. I teach across a wide range of genres including classical, pop, movie, and folk singing, helping learners build both versatility and confidence. I focus strongly on ear training, harmony, and improvisation to develop musical instinct and expressive control. Music theory forms a natural part of my lessons, empowering students to understand the “why” behind the notes they sing. I place great importance on safe, sustainable vocal techniques that protect and strengthen the voice. My teaching philosophy centers on encouragement, creativity, and joy—ensuring each session feels supportive and rewarding. Whether you’re singing for the stage, personal growth, or pure enjoyment, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. About the lesson

My singing methodology is built on versatility, control, and expression—crafted to help both Church Ensemble Players and Crossover Artists master multiple genres with confidence. I guide students in blending classical discipline, pop energy, and jazz freedom into one cohesive vocal identity. Each genre demands a unique approach, and I help singers adapt their tone, phrasing, and resonance to match its character.

For the Church Ensemble Player, the focus is on harmony, breath support, and emotional connection, bringing depth and unity to choral performances. The Crossover Artist learns to transition seamlessly between genres—balancing the precision of classical singing with the flexibility of pop and the improvisation of jazz.

We work on pitch accuracy, vocal agility, and musical sensitivity through structured yet creative exercises. Modern tools like digital audio workstations (DAWs), metronomes, and pitch training apps allow singers to track progress and refine technique in real time.

Each session encourages exploration, self-awareness, and artistic growth. By merging tradition with technology, students gain both technical mastery and authentic expression. Together, we build a voice that’s adaptable, expressive, and ready to perform across any stage or style.
