About SAJAD
Hello! I’m a passionate and dedicated Social Science teacher with a strong academic background and a year of teaching experience. I hold a Postgraduate degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, both from Calicut University, Kerala. As part of my postgraduate program, I had the opportunity to work and travel across different parts of the country during my internships, which gave me valuable exposure to diverse cultures, communities, and real-world social issues. These experiences have greatly enriched my understanding and teaching of subjects like History, Geography, and Political Science. Currently, I am working as a teacher at a private school in Maharashtra, where I have been teaching for the past year. My goal is to make learning meaningful, interactive, and relevant to everyday life, while helping students develop a deeper understanding of the world around them.

I use an interactive and student-centered approach to teaching social science. My classes incorporate storytelling, visual aids, maps, timelines, discussions, and real-life examples to make complex topics engaging and relatable. I also integrate activities like quizzes, debates, and group work to encourage critical thinking and participation.
Usual Class Structure:
1. Warm-up/Recap (5 mins): Quick review or quiz from the previous class.
2. Introduction of New Topic (10 mins): Brief overview and key questions.
3. Detailed Explanation (20 mins): Concept-based teaching with visuals, examples, and interactive discussion.
4. Activity/Discussion (10 mins): Group activity, debate, map work, or Q&A.
5. Summary and Homework (5 mins): Quick recap and assignment for reinforcement.
