My rates vary according to the distance I have to travel.
The lesson should be cancelled 24 hours in advances in order to receive refund. I usually prepare lessons a few days in advance, and I prefer to be informed in advance of any cancellations.
If teaching groups, the price of one hour lesson is $45 + $20 per each additional student (ex., one hour lesson for 2 students is $65, for three $85, etc).
