About Hafsa
I am very passionate about teaching and hence I ended up changing my career from engineering to teaching. Initially, I took up pre-primary as I loved interacting with young children and in order to grow my teaching career, I enrolled myself in Teacher Sculpt Academy to obtain a diploma in nursery education. I also knew that I wanted to teach higher classes so I pursued a two-year Bachelor of Education programme. I was always fond of mathematics and science so there was no doubt when I took up these two subjects as my pedagogy subjects. Currently, I am in the process of obtaining my teacher's registration here in Queensland and I hope to kickstart my teaching career soon in Australia. I have a deep interest in education and improving students' lives through teaching. I have direct experience with classroom environments, and I am skilled in tutoring, classroom management, and student supervision. I bring a systematic approach to my work, with artistic and computer skills that will be an asset when developing class projects.

My approach to teaching is fairly simple. I always start with their foundation so that they grasp the meaning of the concepts. I focus on the difficulties that the students face and help them to overcome. Encourage them throughout the lessons to stay focused and not give up. Would prefer to take up classes for 1.5 hrs in order to complete one portion of the lesson. I have worked as a tutor for two years. I can teach maths and science to students from year 1 to year 10.

I've been using Hafsa as my son's tutor for a while now. My son has a really short attention span and is easily distracted but Hafsa has been able to keep him engaged and he usually looks forward to her classes. She's helped him progress a lot academically. She's very well spoken and knows how to reinforce the concepts taught in a way that will stay longer in their little minds. I wish her all the best for her future endeavours!
I am so glad I found Hafsa for my daughter. I was really struggling with teaching maths to my daughter while working. And she wouldn’t sit with me at all. Hafsa is really a good teacher. Teaches the concepts well and doesn’t move on to the next topic until the child understands the topic perfectly. Definitely recommend her.
