She has been my yoga teacher for more than 4 years now. She’s very observant, constantly checks your postures. Her classes are for all levels. Initially, it was very difficult for me to do even basic yoga poses but regularly attending her class has helped me tremendously in improving my form as well as my physical and mental fitness levels.
