A typical lesson begins with a dynamic warm-up, followed by stroke development, footwork and movement exercises, serving practice, and tactical drills. As students progress, I incorporate match simulations, point construction, and mental strategies to help them perform confidently in real-game situations. Every session concludes with a review of key takeaways and a clear plan for continued improvement.
