About Mykl
I am a lifelong tennis player who grew up on the courts while attending tennis camps as a youth. I am also a practiced meditator studying Buddhist techniques for many years. Recently the two loves have joined and I have discovered the powerful mind body connection tennis creates.
We can use tennis to help us become better meditators.
We can use meditation to make us better tennis players.
Seeing clients gain skills and find the peace of being in the "Flow State" is what inspires me every day.

Tennis offers a path to health and wellness that is unique. When used in a mindful cooperative way it helps develop mindfulness, single pointed concentration and encourages a deep mind body connection.
It's a moving meditation that can help create muscle memories that last a lifetime. And with the combination of HIIT style exercise and social engagement it will help you stay FIT FOR LIFE!
