Hello! I am Somya Dhariwal, a dedicated and passionate Yoga instructor. I have been practicing and teaching Yoga to help people achieve physical fitness, mental peace, and a balanced lifestyle. My Yoga classes focus on a holistic approach that connects body, mind, and breath. Each class includes guided Pranayama (breathing exercises), step-by-step Asana practice with proper alignment, and deep relaxation techniques.
