About Byron
I have worked in large IT environments (Shands Hospital Gainesville, FL) supporting 200+ users ranging from secretaries, nursers and doctors. That experience taught me to reach users at their level. No matter your experience or education their is a problem to be solved. Being a patient listener calms clients down, which allows me to fix the problem faster and gains credibility to fix future problems. To me it is all about becoming an asset to my clients.
I have worked at international call centers (CA Technologies Tampa, FL) handling severity one system down emergencies. That experience taught me to take on my clients concerns. When a critical system is down you do not want to here someone saying I am sorry that is occurring, you want your problem fixed. I learned to quickly asses the situation and if I could not fix it, get someone who can. Making sure to always do what I say and follow up to make sure the crisis passes.

I offer basic computer lessons for PC or Mac users. I can remote into your computer and walk you through learning various functions or something specific you may want to learn. I currently have a onsite computer repair company and offer tutoring while I fix clients computers if that need arises.
I also design websites in HTML5 and graphics in Photoshop. I can show users how to create their own websites using dreamweaver or weebly.
