Thanks for your interest! My Name is Manuel.I'm a native Spanish speaking Puerto Rican.
I have been tutoring students since I was in high school. I have tutored K-12 math/biology, and my students have significantly improved their grades. I have a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Med Biology and have just graduated from medical school and am currently waiting to start residency. I have taken many AP and honors courses so I know exactly how challenging these classes can be and know how much teachers/professors expect from their students. I am very patient and enjoy working with kids. I understand that not every student is the same, and that we all learn at a different pace; therefore,I do my best to accommodate lessons to suit the student's needs.
My greatest joy is seeing my students' grades and studying skills improve!
I'm very patient and don't mind teaching the same concept until my student masters it.
I've been playing in many volleyball clubs since I was 6 years old. I was part of the 15 and up, Arizona Junior Olympics silver medal team. Volleyball is a great passion of mine!
