Perfect! Absolutely brilliant! Needed to upgrade my 90 year old father’s iPad. The new operating system that came with the new iPad was totally different to what my father already knew so Vaibhav came to the rescue. Vaibhav had the additional challenge of no wifi access during this process and I’m sure this tested his patience and knowledge. Even though it took some time to complete these gargantuan tasks, it was all done with patience, caring and humour.

Not only did he transfer all data from old to new, he also gave the needed lessons so there wasn’t the usual culture shock for Dad when getting a new operating system. Vaibhav also checked my father’s new iPhone to make sure it was mirroring the new iPad so now Dad is now enjoying his new iPad with no issues.

Vaibhav is now my go-to person for any future technical issues and I have no hesitation in recommending him to all.
