The method will vary with everyone but an example of a lesson plan would be like this:
1. Basic Conversation Lesson (Great for Beginners)
Goal: Help the student practice speaking and basic vocabulary.
Warm-up (5–10 minutes)
Ask simple questions:
How are you today?
What did you do yesterday?
What is your favorite food?
What do you like to do in your free time?
Vocabulary (10 minutes)
Teach 5–10 words related to a topic (example: food)
Example:
Apple
Bread
Chicken
Rice
Water
Have the student:
Repeat the words
Use them in a sentence
Practice (10–15 minutes)
Ask questions using the vocabulary:
What food do you like?
What did you eat today?
Do you like chicken or fish?
Speaking Activity (10 minutes)
Role play:
Ordering food at a restaurant
Buying groceries
2. Grammar Lesson Plan
Goal: Teach a simple grammar rule.
Topic Example: Present Tense
Explain (10 minutes)
Example sentences:

Explain he/she uses “s”.
Practice (10–15 minutes)
Student fills in blanks:

3. Reading Lesson
Goal: Improve reading and understanding.
