About Alejandra
I’ve been working with children for six years, and during that time, I’ve had the privilege of teaching in Mexico, Turkey, and China. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on how children from different cultures learn and connect. I’m passionate about creating a positive, supportive environment where kids feel confident and excited about learning. Seeing that “aha!” moment when a student grasps a concept is what makes this job so rewarding. When I am not working, I enjoy reading, doing new activities and hanging out with my friends and my doggie :)

As a tutor, I aim to create a dynamic, engaging, and supportive learning experience that is personalized to each student’s needs, goals, and learning style. I ask questions that help kids think and discover answers on their own, building problem-solving skills and confidence. Positive reinforcement keeps them motivated, and I tailor each lesson to fit their interests and strengths so they truly understand, not just memorize.
